Our Story

A pub built for
those who notice

Blindnub Pub sits on East 2nd Street in the heart of Kaukauna — a neighborhood we're proud to call home. We opened with a single conviction: that a local pub doesn't need to choose between quality and comfort.

Our bar program is led by people who care about the difference a freshly muddled herb or a properly chilled glass can make. Our kitchen sources locally when the season allows and keeps the classics honest when it doesn't. The result is a place that feels as good as it tastes — and that's not an accident.
